Dear Friends,

July is here and many of you have celebrated holidays. I celebrated all of them at once by having a nice glass of "che", or Vietnamese sweet soup.

With the excitement over, it's time to get back to work. To start with, Mimi graciously hosted a "Snacks and Shirts" evening for 15 of her friends. Mimi and her friends had a nice chance to chat and many of them purchased shirts that Mimi brought back from her trip to Vietnam. Mimi, who is a great fan of antiques, also sold a few of the items from her collection. it was a great evening and a nice opportunity to spend time with friends.

At the end of the month, I will be taking a trip to Europe where I will make a few visits to some organizations. One of the places on my itinerary is Budapest, Hungary, the location of the Hotel Panda. This is a very unique hotel. Most of the staff who are employed there have some type of disability. I hope to gain some useful insight on how to assist people with disabilities in the area of hospitality.

Lastly, I would like to introduce our new board member, Mr. John Negri. John is a graduate of Stetson University. His language background and interest in other countries has lead him to Eye Will. John has been to Thailand and Germany and looks forward to his new ventures at Eye Will.

Keep checking back for new updates!

Til next time,

Gabby
